Of the four pillars above, Identity and Ownership are Core Vocabulary terms; Lifecycle is defined at the Models tier; Evidence is defined at the Memory tier, in Memory/Evidence Overlay.md since CAND-023 (21 September 2026), and at no other tier (AO-021); Governance, which the pillars do not name but every Object is required to have, is defined as a per-Object characteristic at no tier, and no ADR Candidate records the gap (AO-023).
